Four students awarded Friends of EHU Scholarships

EHU’s Scholarship Committee has selected four distinguished students—two undergraduate high residence (on-campus) students, one low residence (distance learning) student, and one graduate student—to receive the first Friends of EHU Scholarships. The scholarships were generously donated by the Friends of EHU.

Addressing recipients at the official awards ceremony, EHU Provost David Pollick noted that the scholarships “are a sign that not only do people believe in you, but they are willing to invest in your bright future.”

Recipients were selected based on academic performance, participation in EHU community activities, and extracurricular initiatives. Each student will receive the scholarship of EUR 2,000 to support their studies.

“Receiving a Friends of EHU Scholarship is a great achievement for me. I want to say thank you to my university and its supporters for opening the doors of opportunity for me,” says Friends of EHU Scholarship awardee Tatsiana Kanapliova.
